Who you are writing to
Piggy Points is built and operated by BrainLayer Inc. Postal mail reaches us at the address below, but email is much faster.
BrainLayer Inc. 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States [email protected]Common questions
- How does my child sign in?
- With the family code you create in the app. Children never need an email address, a password, or an Apple account, and they can never make a purchase.
- Where do I find our family code?
- Open the app as a parent and go to your family settings. The code is shown there, ready to be entered on your child's device.
- How do I cancel Family Pro?
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled on your device under Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. We cannot cancel or refund on your behalf — refunds are requested from Apple. Cancelling never deletes anything: your family, chores and points stay exactly as they are, on the free plan.
- How do I delete a photo, a child profile, or my account?
- All three from inside the app, as a parent. Deleting the parent account erases the whole household — every child profile, chore, reward, point and photo — and it cannot be undone.
- Notifications are not arriving.
- Check that notifications are allowed for Piggy Points in your device settings and that reminders are switched on in the app. If they still do not arrive, write to us with your device model and iOS version.
What to include when you write
None of this is required, but it usually saves a round trip:
- Your device model and iOS version.
- Whether you were using the app as a parent or as a child.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you have one — please check that it does not show anything you would rather keep private.
